Job offers

Publishing a job offer in our portals is an efficient way to get in touch with highly-skilled students and graduates. The runtime of a job offer is 30 days per ticket. Conveniently, you can also post your job offer for a longer period (see Runtime & validity). Depending on the content of your job offer, you will need either a blue or a red ticket for publication (see Ticket colours).

Standard ad

Our standard ad is standard in the sense of being used most frequently. Guided by our system, you can create your own job offer in only a few steps. Starting in your account under "Editorial office : New draft", all you have to do is enter the text. The appropriate formatting will be provided by the system automatically. Your job offer appears in our clearly structured standard layout. This makes it easy for job seekers to get a good idea of your ad, because all relevant information is available according to a standardised pattern.

Your company logo adds an individual touch. Please note that our system only accepts image files in GIF, JPG or PNG format. Other formats are not supported.

To activate your job offer, you use a ticket from our ticket shop. This is possible at any time. You can also save your offer as a draft to activate it at a later date.

You have the possibility of making changes to your job offer as often as you need. Simply select your ad and choose "Edit" from the black action bar at the top of the offer. In order to prohibit changes which create a whole new job offer, we have blocked some fields against modifications. All modifiable fields are marked with a red-dashed border.

Premium ad

The premium ad shines with all the features of the standard ad. In addition, your job offer is highlighted in the list view and you also have the option of publishing an individual layout. Further, premium ads can be published in up to three languages (German, English, French).

The premium ad is your first choice if you want to draw the highest attention to your offer (keyword: list highlighting) and also if you want to use the option of publishing your ad in your custom layout. Just deliver us a file of your offer and we will add it to your job offer. The size is limited to one page and the file must be provided as HTML or PDF.

Purchase

Tickets and coupons for job offers can be purchased easily from the Ticket Shop. Alternatively, we can place the ad for you with our publishing service. In that case, we will purchase the appropriate tickets and coupons for the order and invoice them to you.
